Food safety analysis
A central principle in manufacturing and sales of foods is ensuring food safety. Unsafe food products may not be placed on the market (Art. 7 LMG). The food safety requirements cover all possible food safety hazards. In addition to microbiological hazards, it also records pesticides or carriers of infectious diseases.
We carry out an on-site inspection and analyse the conformity to quality and food safety data and check the practical implementation.
Food product analysis
Compliance with specified product requirements, including legal requirements and specifications, must be ensured by appropriate procedures. This may require microbiological, physical, and chemical analysis. A crucial factor in product analysis is a risk-based sampling plan, however avoiding to many expensive tests, but assure adequate food safety-relevant samples. Analysis, which are relevant to food safety are preferably carried out in laboratories that offer suitable accredited programs and methods (ISO 17025).

Complaint analysis
Errors known through complaints provide you with information about continuous improvement for your products and processes, which is why complaint analysis is of central importance. According to IFS and BRC, complaints must be evaluated in order to be able to take preventive measures that prevent the deviation from recurring. The overall objectives of a complaint analysis are to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, to advance the CIP, and to identify operational risks and opportunities in the market.
