General reference

Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection regulation of the Confederation (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person has the right to protection of their privacy and protection against unauthorized use of their personal data. The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and following the statutory data protection regulations and its data protection declaration.

In cooperation with our hosting providers, we strive to protect the databases as well as from possible external unauthorised accesses, loss, misuse, or counterfeiting.

We would like to indicate that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. It is not possible to completely protect data from third-party access.

Through the use of this website, you express your consent to the collection, processing, and use of data as described below. This website can generally be visited without registration. Data such as pages viewed or the name of the file accessed, date and time are stored on the server for statistical purposes without this data being directly related to your person. Personal data, in particular name, address, or email address, are collected voluntarily as far as possible. The data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

Privacy policy for cookies

This site uses cookies. These are small text files that make it possible to store specific, user-related information on the user’s device while using the website. Cookies make it possible to determine the frequency of use and number of users of the pages, to analyse the behavior of the page usage, but also to make our offer more customer-friendly. Cookies remain stored at the end of a browser session and can be called up again when you visit the site again. If you do not want this, you should set your internet browser so that it refuses to accept cookies.

A general objection to the use of cookies used for online marketing purposes can be found on many services, especially in the case of tracking, the US website http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or the EU http://www.youronlinechoices.com/explain more details. Furthermore, cookies can be saved by switching them off in the browser settings. Please notice that using these settings eventually not all functions of this website can be used.

Data protection declaration for SSL / TLS encryption

This website uses SSL / TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http: //” to “https: //” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Data transfer security (without SSL)

Please note that transmitted data via an open network such as the Internet or an email service without SSL encryption can be viewed by everyone. You can recognize an unencrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser shows “http: //” and no lock symbol is shown in your browser line. Information that is transmitted over the Internet and content received online may be transmitted via third-party networks. We cannot guarantee the confidentiality of messages or documents that are transmitted via such open networks or third-party networks

If you disclose personal information through an open or third-party network, you should be aware that your data may be lost or potentially accessed by third parties and, consequently, may be collected and used without your consent. In many cases, the individual data packets are transmitted encrypted, but not the names of the sender and the recipient. Even if the sender and the recipient live in the same country, data transfer via such networks is often and without controls also via third countries, i.e. about countries that do not offer the same level of data protection as your home country. We assume no responsibility for the security of your data during transmission over the Internet and reject any liability for indirect and direct losses. We ask you to use other means of communication if you consider it necessary or reasonable for security reasons.

Despite extensive technical and organisational security precautions, data may be lost or intercepted and/or manipulated by unauthorised persons. As far as possible, we take suitable technical and organisational security measures to prevent this from happening within our system. However, your computer is outside the security area that we can control. It is your responsibility as a user to inform yourself about the necessary safety precautions and to take appropriate measures in this regard. As the website operator, we are in no way liable for any damage that you may incur due to data loss or manipulation.

Data that you enter in online forms can be passed on to commissioned third parties for order processing, viewed by them, and processed if necessary.

Data protection declaration for server log files

The provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
• Browser type and browser version
• Operating system used
• Referrer URL
• Host name of the accessing computer
• Time of the server request
This data cannot be assigned to specific people. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.

Third-party services

This website uses Google Maps for embedding maps, Google Invisible reCAPTCHA for protection against bots and spam as well as YouTube for embedding videos.

The services of the American Google LLC use cookies, among other things, and consequently, data is transferred to Google in the United States, whereby we assume that no personal tracking takes place in this context solely through the use of our website.

Google is committed to ensuring adequate data protection following the American-European and American-Swiss Privacy Shield.

Further information can be found in Google’s data protection declaration.

Data protection declaration for the contact form

If you send us inquiries using the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us to process the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Use of Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps. This enables us to show you interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to conveniently use the map function. When you visit the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. This takes place regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in to or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not want your profile to be assigned to Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for advertising, market research, and/or the needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have a right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and you must contact Google to process them. For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by Google, you can find further information on your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy at www.google.com/policies/privacy policy.

Google AdWords

This website uses Google conversion tracking. If you have reached our website via an advertisement placed by Google, Google Adwords will set a cookie on your computer. The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Every Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Therefore, cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are informed about the total number of users who clicked on their ads and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they will not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.

If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can refuse the setting of a cookie required for this – for example, by setting your browser, which generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies or set your browser so that cookies from the domain “googleleadservices.com” are blocked.

Please note that you may not delete the opt-out cookies if you do not want measurement data to be recorded. If you have deleted all your cookies in the browser, you must set the respective opt-out cookie again.

Data protection declaration for Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. If the person responsible for data processing on this website is outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, Google Analytics data processing is carried out by Google LLC. Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited are hereinafter referred to as “Google”.

Using the statistics obtained, we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. This website also uses Google Analytics for a cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is carried out via a user ID. If you have a Google user account, you can deactivate the cross-device analysis of your usage in the settings under “My data”, “Personal data”.

The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has the code «_anonymizeIp ();» was expanded to ensure anonymous collection of IP addresses. As a result, IP addresses are further processed in abbreviated form, so that they cannot be linked to a person. As far as the data collected about you is personal, it is immediately excluded, and the personal data is deleted immediately.

The full IP address is only transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there in exceptional cases. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. For the exceptional cases in which personal data are transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading the browser plug-in available under the following link and install: Deactivate Google Analytics.

You can also prevent the use of Google Analytics by clicking on this link: Deactivate Google Analytics. As a result, a so-called opt-out cookie is saved on your data carrier, which prevents the processing of personal data by Google Analytics. Please note that if you delete all cookies on your device, these opt-out cookies will also be deleted, i.e. you will have to set the opt-out cookies again if you want to continue to prevent this form of data collection. The opt-out cookies are set for each browser and computer/device and must, therefore, be activated separately for each browser, computer, or another device.
